Lots of feels, and projects, and changes lately. One of those changes was a move to a new studio space back in mid June. Happy to share this space with @bradcarney (lobby mural work by him in the second slide!)
I’ve always wanted to be in this building and so far it’s been pretty great. Thanks @artsandcraftsholdings 💕
♥️AND we’re a part of POST (Philadelphia open studio tours)♥️
Pop into our studio during #POSTPHL on Oct 16th from noon to 6pm and get an insider’s peek at our latest work! Tons of artists will have their doors open to the public! 🎨 You can grab a drink downstairs at @triplebottombrewing too!🍺😉
This bb got some fresh paint yesterday morning after someone tagged it. It happens, but it’s always a bummer … nice to be back at Graffiti Bar, though. (First slide is the repaired mural, Second slide shows the graffiti 😠)...
The palette in this mural section matches Tula’s bed prettaaay, prettaaay good. Can’t keep it though - it gets installed today! I did a great job with the in progress shots 🙄🤦🏻♀️ jk, there are none. Priority rush jobs mean I ain’t got time fo dat!...
Pretty happy that I’ve followed through with a yoga practice first thing every morning recently … with the exception of yesterday because I woke up with an “emotion hangover” (even more reason not to skip yoga 😬).
SO, on that note, if you’re interested in a yoga practice & you live or vacation ‘the shore’ I’m a part of a great new yoga collective called @thecoastalyogacollective 🧘🏻♀️ We’re a group of friends and yoga instructors offering concierge yoga and wellness.
Check us out if you’re local or vacationing this Summer! Link is in my bio or visit us here: @thecoastalyogacollective!
Tula is only available by special request 😂🐕 #greatdanelife...
So first, this feels very awkward and vulnerable … this is my ex. And second, I have 3 paintings (of exes) in a show at @varwestgallery in Milwaukee curated by @andreaguzzetta. OPENING TONIGHT 6-9pm!
The show is called “Before We Broke Up: An intimate look at love lost” 💔
I’m grateful and honored to have work in the show. It’s been forever since I’ve exhibited my work. When the opportunity came my way, I literally pulled these out of storage, dusted them off, and shipped them to Milwaukee in hopes that someone would find love for one of these paintings and in turn take these exes off my hands. Thank you so much to @varwestgallery & @andreaguzzetta for including my work.
🎨 To inquire, purchase, and view other work in the show: contact @varwestgallery
Little extra note here about this specific painting (and not the person): this was one of the last oil paintings I created. I discovered murals around this time and my ideas about art changed, as well as my chosen medium....
I’ve been working on the design for this project the past month, but it’s been in the works since last year. I have the first design review today, plz wish me luck! 🤞
Thanks @bellanojr for hanging out of the windows to get measurements with me.
More about this site if you’re not a Philly local: Philly AIDS Thrift is a community gem. Their mission is to sell the lovely, useful and interesting stuff generous people donate to their thrift store and then distribute the proceeds to local organizations involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
I’ve just been over here designing, planning, and stressing for upcoming projects. Very little painting going on lately, so here’s a throwback to an oldie at one of my favorite past art studios. 💕 #sharktownstudios...
This is your light nudge reminder to sign up for the Acrylic Plant Painting Class with me & @pacrafts - class starts tomorrow night!! 💓Link in bio to sign up, or message me.
Virtual 2 part/session class: Tomorrow, May 13th & 20th, 6pm-8pm.

You’ll leave class with a painted plant you can’t kill. 🙃

It’s spring! And in Philly, that means it’s the start of mural season. (Although, with my particular process, mural season is every season!) 🎨 If murals are on your mind and you’d like to work together, get in touch with me and let’s chat!

Grateful to be featured alongside some awesome artists in the ‘Feel Good’ issue by @candyflossmag 🍬
Candy Floss asked artists to write a blurb about things that make us feel good. During that time I was in a place that was very much the opposite of feeling good. But I was still able to recognize things that make me happy. A few things I listed: Tula 🐕(@tulathegreat), my Girl Gang 💓, listening to @myfavoritemurder, wild sunsets, the ocean 🌊...
This issue reminded of a long stretch of time where my artwork used to be really somber, and now I just want to make work that’s vibrant and brings me and others joy. ☺️
Also: that little white fluff ball is my sweet baby angel, Jonah 👼🏼😻...
