Bancroft’s Jacob Schaefer Center offers day and vocational programs for adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities and provides continued functional learning through structured activities, community inclusion, and a variety of therapeutic supports.

I ran a series of 4 weekly creative workshops with adults at the day program with the end goal of having a mural representative of the work, vision, voice, and joy that came from those workshops. 🌻

Mural install for Bancroft’s Jacob Schaefer Center last week! I finished in the dark … so final shot to come at the dedication, November 10! Can’t wait to see it all finished in the light myself!

If you watch closely, you can see cyclists pass by that were training for the special olympics. It was a very cool and inspiring way to end that project. 🩷

I’m so grateful to @createmagazine & @pxpcontemporary for inviting me to participate in this show! Thank you Kat & Alicia, it pushed my butt & inspired me to re-work / finish this painting that I had put to the side! It felt pretty special to show my work in Old City 🙌

And extra love to my cousins for being my adorable dates 🥰
